3. How long does delivery take?

Delivery inside Dhaka usually takes 1 working day. Nearby areas like Gazipur, Narayanganj? Give it 1–2 days. Anywhere else in Bangladesh, expect your order in 2–3 working days.

4. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yep! If something’s off—like wrong size or item—you can request an exchange within 10 days. Product must be unused, with tags and packaging intact. Check our Exchange Policy for full details.

5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Oh no! If that happens, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. We’ll sort it out ASAP—either a replacement or refund, depending on the case. No worries!

6. Do you deliver outside Dhaka?

Absolutely! We deliver nationwide through trusted couriers. From Dhaka to Dinajpur—we got you covered.
